• VP for Carrier Sales & Business Development
  We're looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, high-energy sales professional to expand its solution offerings to mobile operators in Asia and the Middle East.

  Role:

  • Overall responsibility for the carrier sales business, reporting directly to the CEO
  • Engage with leading mobile operators in S.E. Asia, India and the Middle East, to promote the Company’s mobile application and delivery platform
  • Provide thought leadership, generate proposals, and develop go-to-market strategies to win new operator customers
  • Liaise with the product development, engineering and customer support teams to deliver on customer requirements
  • Create a sales team and plan resources – both field and technical – for future growth

  Qualifications:

  • Excellent sales operations management experience with a prior track record of successful sales to leading Asian mobile operators
  • Minimum 10 years work experience, with at least 5 years in the wireless industry working for either equipment vendors, mobile application software providers or operators
  • Experience with Service Delivery Platforms, Value Added Services and Billing Systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Frequent international travel may be required.
  • Fluent English, Capability of additional language (Malay or Indonesian) is preferred.
• Director of Business Development
  We're looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, high-energy business development and marketing professional to expand and monetize its growing mobile social networking user base.

  Role:

  • Drive user adoption of the Company’s mobile social networking service
  • Create strategic relationships with leading mobile game developers to leverage industry-leading mobile game engine
  • Partner with billing system integrators, distributors, payment gateway providers and operators to develop effective monetization channels, particularly in Asia
  • Work with 3rd party developers to promote Company’s application development platform through SDKs and open-APIs
  • Evangelize the solution through active participation in mobile forums and conferences
  • Liaise with the product development and engineering teams to continuously review and enhance user experience

  Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated track record of successfully marketing, and developing the ecosystem around a mobile software product/solution
  • Minimum 5 years work experience, with at least 3 years in business development roles in the mobile social network service, online gaming, and software/application industry
  • Experience working with, and prior relationships at, handset vendors, application developers, operators and system integrators in the Asian market
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Finance Controller
  We're seeking a hands-on Controller to oversee all accounting operations. The Controller will be based in the Singapore HQ and direct financial reporting, consolidations, general ledger, revenue recognition, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, payroll and settlement accounting. Will oversee the year-end audit and the preparation of corporate tax returns. Will also be responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements and other reports that the Board/Investors may require. Position will have responsibility for GAAP reporting as well as the development of sound accounting policies and procedures and adherence to sound internal controls. Ideal candidate will have both start-up and large company experience.

  Qualifications:

  • CPA certification
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including managerial/supervisory role
  • Experience in a high-growth company preferred
  • Legal background and/or experience with legal and compliance issues will be a significant plus
  • Must have strong Excel skills and experience with an integrated accounting software
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Must be entrepreneurial and willing to work in an unstructured environment with a desire to put the appropriate systems and procedures in place
  • Familiar with China subsidery, WFOE and experience with group company accouting practise is preferred.
